Enrolment Fee(ONLY FOR KIDS): Download Our Fee Schedule
$50.00 per year, the second student enrolled from the same family will receive a discount on the enrolment fees to $35.00 per year.
The enrolment fee is charged per student, which covers insurance, music licenses, class props, class equipment, and the yearly enrolment process. The enrolment fee is non-refundable.
Uniform:
$50.00 per enrolment (Uniform will include leotard, shoes, socks, skirt/tutu)
kids' Latin &Tiny tutu classes are required to provide their own attire
Ballet Class Dress Code :
In all of our ballet classes, we kindly require students’ hair to be in a bun. Please check the video link for your reference: HOW TO DO A PERFECT BALLET BUN.
Class Fees:
All classes fee are charged per school term.
(The School Term shall be the students' terms set by the Qld Education Department)
1) Pre-School Ballet:$22 per 45min class.
2) Ballet II: $40 per 90min class
3) Ballet II: $40 per 90min class.
4)Ballet stretch/ Ballet I/:$25/60min
Private Coaching:
Private lessons with our founder Zac Fang are exclusively offered to students enrolled at Just Ballet. We value the commitment and dedication of our own school's students and aim to provide them with this unique opportunity.

Cancellation for Private Coaching:
Please understand that Private coaching appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. The make-up class can be re-arranged with Zac.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of the full amount.
Trial Class
The school will provide the trial class to prospective students. Parents/guardians are welcome to come to observe the trial class. To book the trial class, a reservation must be made on the call/message or by email to info@justballet.com.au in advance. All Ballet II + Classes will consist of maximum 8 students. so we have limited spots, the fee for each trial class is charged as an individual class when you confirm. If the student did not show up on the day, no refund will be applied.
Class schedule for kid‘s class :
Each class will consist of at least 4 students. If the number of students enrolled in the class is less than 4, the school has the right to adjust the class time or cancel the scheduled class.
Payment:
The class fees must be paid at least one week before the start of the new school term. The school provides no guarantee or representation that students can enrol in the same class if a late payment is made after the stipulated time. There will be a 2.11% surcharge for a credit card or 1.3% for direct debit through our online platform.
We highly recommend you use a bank transfer to avoid any surcharge. Please refer to our bank details below and please send back the proof of payment with the student's name as the payment reference via info@justballet.com.au

Just Ballet App Requirement
we require all parents and adult students to download and use our official Just Ballet app. The app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
It allows you to easily register for classes, access statements, and receive school notifications.
Cancellation:
NO CANCELLATION WAS APPLIED DURING THE TERM.
If students wish to cancel the next term course, parent/guardian must inform the school to cancel the reservation at least 7 days in advance, 10% of the class fee will be charged as an administration fee.
Refund:
Students recognize and agree that students shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Covid19 Safe/Other similar events:

To keep our community safe, if government restrictions require us to stop face-to-face learning(ie Covid 19 lockdown) and Just Ballet has the right to revert to online teaching.

All tuition fees will remain the same.
ADULTS STUDENT
Adults Dance Pass
( Including Ballet, Ballet Variations, Adults Latin and Chinese Dance)
1) $350.00 for Adults Class 10 Pass, to be used within 3 months from the date of the first registered class
2) $1,650.00 for Adults Class 50 Pass, to be used within a year from the date of the first registered class
(A complimentary school T-Shirt will be provided upon purchase)
3) $3,000.00 for Adults Class 100 Pass, to be used within a year from the date of the first registered class
(A complimentary school T-Shirt and ballet uniform will be provided upon purchase)
Drop-in dates class REQUIREMENT:
Adult students are required to give at least 12 hours advance notice for any drop-in classes they plan to attend.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
All Adult students are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to attending any drop-in classes. In the event that an adult student has already dropped a date but is unable to attend the session, the school must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide such notification will result in the adult student being charged for the missed class session.
DANCE PASS FREEZE
1. To place your membership on Freeze, you can e-mail or call the school to request the dance pass freeze to be processed, you must provide a start and end date for the freeze time. We don't offer unlimited or open-ended freezes.
2.You may freeze your membership once for up to 12 months with both periods combined (excluding Government COVID-19 required freeze). You may need to freeze your membership for an extended period of time, due to travelling, medical, or experiencing financial hardship, each adult student only can have one freeze time, and can last for 1 year.
Whilst the membership is on freeze, the minimum term will be extended for the same time as the freeze period. There can also be a freeze fee applicable.
Adult Class Pass Non-Transferability
Please note that Adult Class Passes purchased from Just Ballet are strictly non-transferable. This means that the passes cannot be transferred, or used by any individual other than the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer or use the passes by another person, including friends, family members, or third parties, is strictly prohibited.
School Safety & Privacy Policy
1. CHILD STUDENT
1.1 All skills, learning, and training are based on the appropriate age and physical ability of the student.

1.2 Students are expected to attend classes regularly.

1.3 We kindly request that students arrive at the classroom at least 5-10 minutes in advance of the scheduled class time. Parents/Guardians of the students are not to be remained at the school after dropping off their children. The school must be provided with prior notice if the parents wish to observe the class.

1.4 We kindly request the parents to arrive at the school 5 minutes before the scheduled class ends to pick up the students. If the parent/Guardians cannot pick up the students on time due to personal factors, the parent/Guardians must inform the school beforehand. The school shall not be held for any responsibilities whatsoever on any issues arising with the students after the class ends due to the negligence of the parents.

1.5 Parents/Guardians must supervise their children while waiting at the school before class to ensure that they do not disrupt classes, injure themselves or other students, or cause additional havoc. Parents/Guardians accept full responsibility for damages caused by unsupervised children.

1.6 Students are expected to wear the appropriate dress attire requested by the school to every class in order to positively influence the rhythm and structure of our classes.

1.7 Parents/Guardians recognize that the school classes operate most safely by professionally trained dance teachers and/or assistants. Parents/Guardians agree that their child/children are in good physical condition to participate in dance classes and will disclose all pertinent medical information, allergies, and/or injuries in a timely manner.

1.8 Parents/Guardians agree to abide and respect all Policies and Procedures set forth by the school as outlined in this Policy.

1.9 Parents/Guardians will inform the school of any absences which will affect their child/children 24 hours in advance. Each term will only provide 1 make-up class, making up lessons only available when the teaching schedule is available. If leave is not notified in advance, the current class fee will be charged.
3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise. Just Ballet school, Just Ballet teachers/staff are NOT LIABLE for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property. Please inform the instructor of any physical limitations you may have. Please consult your physician before participating If you are in doubt as to your physical abilities. Just Ballet reserves the right to arrange medical transportation, at the student’s expense, in the event of an emergency.
4. PHYSICAL CONTACT
The nature of dance classes requires physical student-teacher contact for placement and correction of technique and will always be appropriate.
5. ANTI-RACISM & HARASSMENT
JUST BALLET prohibits discrimination or harassment and protects the right to be free from hate activity based on race, age, ancestry, citizenship, creed (religion), colour, disability, ethnic origin, family status, gender identity, level of literacy, marital status, place of origin, membership in a union or staff association, political affiliation, receipt of public assistance, a record of offences, sex, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristic, by or within Just ballet Studios.

Under no circumstances will a complaint be dismissed or downplayed, nor should the complainant be told to deal with it personally.
6. PRIVACY POLICY

Please be aware our school website links to a third party to collect information from you when you register for a class, buy classes, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.

You may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birth date, and emergency contact information. If you register for a class or buy a class card on behalf of your child, you will also be asked to provide certain information about your children, such as your child’s name and age.
6.1 Photography/Video/Recording
Just Ballet will often capture/record the class for marketing purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish images of their child (17yrs or under) published should inform the school via info@justballet.com.au
6.2 Video surveillance

You understand and accept that JUST BALLET may use electronic surveillance equipment including but not limited to the use of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) at the Facility. The purpose of the Video surveillance Policy (Policy) is to acknowledge that Just Ballet is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of all Just Ballet affiliates, students, parents, guardians, and property.

The provision and use of Video surveillance (also known as Closed Circuit TV (CCTV)) support the maintenance of this secure environment by ensuring an appropriate level of surveillance of Just Ballet teachers, students, parents, guardians, and visitors to its building. Video surveillance also provides enhanced capability to protect Just Ballet assets against vandalism and theft. The visual presence of CCTV cameras provides a strong deterrence against inappropriate behavior and will often serve to reassure students that they are protected whilst within the Just Ballet Studios.
6.3 Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell or share any personal information and footage with any third parties.
6.4 Privacy Policy for Minors
Students under the age of 16 are required to get a signature from a parent or guardian. We encourage all visitors to the website or studio who are under the age of 16 and wish to communicate with us to use the assistance of their parent/guardian.
