Ballet Stretch 

Flexibility is a key part of ballet training, and at Just Ballet, we focus on helping every student improve through well-designed and supportive programs.

Our Stretch classes, created by our founder Zac, follow a specially developed plan to help students build flexibility, strength, and movement control. With small class sizes, we ensure each student gets personal attention to progress at their own pace. Using tools like stretch bands, stability balls, and yoga blocks, these classes offer fun and effective exercises that support overall ballet development.

We also offer Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) classes, taught by certified instructor Rafaela. This program is designed to strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and build stability—all of which are important for safe and strong ballet training.

These classes are a great addition to ballet, helping students grow stronger, prevent injuries, and feel more confident as they improve their skills.
